From Sunnyvale, Intex is a 101 drive toward the airport frontage, not a downtown Murphy Avenue walk-up. The company has one counter, in San Jose, and that is the only place to stand in front of the part. We will not pretend there is a Sunnyvale warehouse or a locker waiting at a grocery store.
The useful move is to call before you merge. Brake kits, starters, water pumps, and filters are all on the published parts list; manufacturers such as Bosch, Denso, WIX, and KYB are on the manufacturers page. Sunnyvale’s fleet of commuter cars and a smaller set of work trucks still need VIN-level lookups when there are two engines in the same year.
Phone is (408) 327-1000. Hours are weekdays 8:00am–5:00pm and Saturday 8:30am–2:00pm. If you are leaving the factory-campus side of Sunnyvale at lunch, ask us whether the part is pulled so the trip down 101 is for a confirmed pickup at 1432 Old Bayshore Hwy.
