Headlight housings and the bulbs inside them fail on different schedules. Intex lists headlights and light bulbs as separate items because a cracked TYC-style housing is not the same order as a Sylvania bulb. Sylvania is named for automotive lighting; TYC is named for lighting, mirrors, cooling fans, and electrical.
Aim, beam type, and whether a housing includes the ballast are application questions. We will not claim DOT or SAE ratings beyond what is on the part we actually have, and we will not promise a color temperature that is not printed on the bulb.
