Steering leaks and vague on-center feel are not always a rack. Intex lists power steering hoses and rack-and-pinion kits so the counter can separate a hose that wet the subframe from a rack that has to come out. Vision OE is the line we name for power steering pumps and rack and pinion.
Chassis brands on the same aisle of the catalog matter when a tie-rod or control arm is worn with the rack. Delphi is listed for chassis products and SKP for suspension, distributors, and more. We will not claim we rebuild racks in house or that every kit includes inner tie rods — that depends on the part we actually pull.
If the steering wheel kicks on broken San Jose pavement or the reservoir is emptying overnight, call (408) 327-1000. Tell us whether the vehicle is a passenger car or a truck; pump and hose routing are not the same conversation.
