Vision OE is listed for power steering pumps and rack and pinion. A groan at full lock can be a pump; a wet rack boot is a rack. Hoses are on the parts list separately as power steering hoses — ask if the leak is a line before you replace the rack.
Call (408) 327-1000 with the vehicle and the symptom. Intex Auto Parts is at 1432 Old Bayshore Hwy, San Jose, CA 95112.
